Our goal at Sunshine Teletherapy is to empower you. We believe that online therapy can tremendously increase the quality of psychological services provided within the K-12 educational settings. School psychologists are uniquely qualified members of school teams that support each student’s ability to learn.

School Psychologist
Sunshine Teletherapy school psychologists provide direct support and services to students, consult with school teachers, families, and other school members to improve support strategies, improve academic achievement, promote positive behavior and mental health, support diverse learners, and improve school-wide assessment and individual student progress in academics and behavior.

Computer and technical skills; Reliable Wi-Fi/Internet access including a computer with a webcam.

Functions as a member of the school team and attend team mtgs, consent mtgs, evaluation mtgs, and other mtgs as needed.

Provide information (i.e., observations, diagnosis, written psychological reports, testing needs, and recommendation for services) on referred students.

Administer appropriate assessment instruments to assess students’ strengths and needs. Comply with State and Federal regulations in the area of assessment.

Interpreting information with evaluations/assessment.

Attend all required mtgs (consent mtgs, evaluation mtgs, and PLC mtgs)

Maintain accurate, complete, confidential and secure student files.

Professional conduct

Adhere to contract time. Requires daily attendance at assigned school(s).

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
